S-22 Posted 2006年9月13日 04:16 分享 Posted 2006年9月13日 04:16 内存专业机构DRAMExchange表示，DDR2内存的价格近来正在创纪录地上涨，现货市场价格是一年多来最高的，主要原因是主板和PC生产商需求的季节性增加，以及内存生产工艺向90nm转换导致出货量下降。 根据DRAMExchange的报告，512Mb DDR2芯片在9月11日的价格为6.96美元，比一周前的5.96美元上涨了16.8％，而8月22日的价格为4.90美元，即20天内大幅涨价42％；由于Intel和AMD都已转向DDR2平台，对DDR的需求开始滑落，其价格上涨也比较有限，其中512Mb DDR芯片目前价格6.26美元，仅上涨了3.5％。 不过，内存的高价不会影响到PC的价格，因为PC生产商早在5-6月份就已预订了大量的内存，目前512MB DDR2-533/667 DIMM内存的OEM厂商价仍保持在43-45美元。 不过DRAMExchange指出，DDR2继续涨价的空间不大，预计只有4％左右，而且可能会很快迎来价格回落。 引用 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
