1管理员帐户2之前没有安装任何补丁

你的问题不是汉化造成的，是其他问题（譬如显卡），至于确切是什么问题，得把 localization.txt 的内容换成能在中文系统中识别的文字。

正因为你的错误报告是繁体 Big5 编码，才请上面两位贴出 localization.txt 的中英文内容，你任选中英文的一种复制，然后替换你的 localization.txt 里的 Big5 编码的文字，再运行游戏，就知道是哪里的问题了。
